Eat An Apple - It's that time of the year!

I have been craving apples. This time of the year is very special for me.  When I was young we would go up to Oak Glen every autumn to get a huge box of apples and apple cider.  All the trees which are mainly oak (and apple) would be shades from one end of the spectrum to the other, yellows, oranges, purples, greens, browns, reds so beautiful and intense I can still remember the colors, smells and tastes so vividly.  I remember collecting acorns and oak leaves, in awe the whole day!
