The BEST Hot Cocoa EVER |
Ingredients:
Gathering the Ingredients for Hot Cocoa |
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 C. Cream (about 2 tablespoons of this is used for the topping)
1/2 C. Water
5 mini-scoops stevia extract (two for whipped cream, three for cocoa)
Chopped chocolate for topping
Whip 2 Tbs. of the cream with stevia and set aside.

Warm the rest of the cream and the water on very low heat.
Adding the Cocoa Powder, Stevia and Vanilla |
When the cream mixture is nice and hot add the cocoa powder, stevia and vanilla and stir well. Keep stirring and warming until nice and frothy and bubbly.
Delicious, Rich and Satisfying Hot Cocoa |
Pour the hot mixture carefully into a cup and scoop a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped chocolate on top.
Talk about yummy! This tasted like toasted marshmallows had been added, it was perfect!
