The BEST Barbecue

I have to admit, I have eaten lot's of B.B.Q.  I have eaten it here in SoCal and in Texas and back east.  The BEST ever Barbecue is Louie Mueller's in Taylor, Texas.  They hand you a piece of melt-in-your-mouth smoked brisket while you are ordering and it only makes you "hongry fo mo".

Known by many as our "calling card", our all-beef brisket is our most popular selection.  Our brisket is made fresh daily, prepared with a salt and pepper rub.  The briskets are then slow cooked in 50 year-old horizontal brick and steel pits using post oak wood.  It's melt-in-your-mouth delicious!  And so you don't miss-out, each time you pay us a visit, we'll give a sample of brisket to get you started.  Just our way of saying "Welcome".

When it comes to barbecue sauce, we've thrown out the "rule" and taken a different path.  Most barbecue sauces are thick and act as a covering for the meat.  Our sauce is better described as a "thin-dip". Tomato based with heaping amounts of onions and pepper, our sauce was created to compliment our meat, not cover it.  Yes, it is spicy!
