Ingredients for Scones:
- 2 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 20 Mini-scoops Stevia Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Squares Unsweetened Baker's Chocolate - chopped into bits and pieces
- 1/3 Cup Butter - Softened
Ingredients for Topping:
- 1/3 Cup Cream Cheese
- 3 Tbs. Cream
- 3 Mini-Scoops Stevia Powder
Mix the wet ingredients well. Mix the dry ingredients. Pour the wet into the dry and stir the dough gently. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough into a well greased mini muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Mix the topping ingredients and frost the scones after they have cooled. Delicious!
