Keto Chocolate Almond Scones Topped with Cream Cheese

I was in the mood for a munchy crunchy kind of sweet.  I have also been craving the type of sweet creamy cheese found in a danish.  This scone totally satisfied my cravings and it's keto!

Ingredients for Scones:
  • 2 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 20 Mini-scoops Stevia Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Squares Unsweetened Baker's Chocolate - chopped into bits and pieces
  • 1/3 Cup Butter - Softened

Ingredients for Topping:
  • 1/3 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tbs. Cream
  • 3 Mini-Scoops Stevia Powder

Mix the wet ingredients well.  Mix the dry ingredients.  Pour the wet into the dry and stir the dough gently. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough into a well greased mini muffin tin.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.  Mix the topping ingredients and frost the scones after they have cooled.  Delicious!
