Keto "Spaghetti"

Another great gourmet meal from my sister.  They were having spaghetti and she didn't want me to feel left out.  She julienned the zucchini and wanted to blanch it but I prefer as many raw veggies as possible.  It was delicious.  She browned an Italian sausage, added mushrooms, bellpepper and a few tablespoons of spaghetti sauce.  I added a little Parmesan cheese and it was truly so satisfying.YUM!
