Fourth of July Fixins - B.B.Q. & Teriyaki Beef Sticks

Ingredients for B.B.Q. Sauce
Ingredients for B.B.Q. Sauce:
  • 1 Cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 Cup Molasses
  • 4 Mini-Scoops Stevia
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 3 Very Ripe Nectarines
  • 1 Bulb Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Onion
  • 1 Can V-8 Juice
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper

Ingredients for Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients for Teriyaki Sauce:
  • 1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 Cup Molasses
  • 4 Mini-Scoops Stevia
  • 1 Cup Thawed Mixed Berries
  • 1 Cup Pickled Ginger
  • 1/4 Cup Onion
  • 1 Bulb Garlic
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper

Use Scissors to Cut the Beef into Strips then Marinate in the Sauces
Marinate the Beef in the Fridge for at least 2 - 3 Hours.  When ready to cook on the grill, weave the strips of beef on to the water soaked skewers.  Grill on both sides.  Be sure to boil the remainder of your sauces well before topping the Beef Sticks or using it as a dip.

Note:  Right now my beef is marinating.  I will post pictures of the cooked Beef Sticks later on today.  Happy Fourth of July Everyone!
