Gathering the Ingredients for Linguica Soup |

Cooked Linguica's from the B.B.Q. |
Ingredients:
- +Nature's Legacy Organic Tri-Color Rotini Made with Vitaspelt.
- 3 -4 Linguica - Sliced into bite-size pieces
- 1 Red Onion - Chopped
- 2 Very Ripe Beefsteak Tomatoes - Chopped
- 1 Bulb Fresh Garlic - Cleaned and Finely Chopped
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot Water

Warming the Sliced Linguica |

Adding the multi-colored Rotini |
Add Onion, Tomato, Rotini and enough hot water to cover Rotinis. Add lid and bring to a boil.

Simmering the Linguica Soup |
Reduce heat and let simmer about 10 minutes or until Rotini's are tender.

Cleaning the Bulb of Garlic |

Add Olive Oil and Freshly Chopped Garlic to each bowl of soup. |
I was feeling a little under-the-weather when I made this Linguica and Spelt Rotini Soup, so I added a lot of fresh chopped garlic, olive oil and 2 Tbs. of Apple Cider Vinegar to my bowl of soup. It was really good and very satisfying.
