Keto Tacos


Keto Taco
The bacon "tortilla" was totally amazing.  I left mine full size, put it on a plate and used a knife and fork to slice a row off at a time.  I don't think a corn tortilla will ever be able to tempt me again! 

Everyone else had 3, 4, 5 or 6 tacos, but I told everyone I just had ONE.  Ha ha ha. I actually could only eat half, but it was delicious, satisfying and filling.




A nice beef roast ready for cooking.  I put it on  low with a small amount of water (NO seasonings) for about 5 hours until it shreds easily with a fork.






I had flour tortillas and corn tortillas for the non-ketoers (is that a word?).

A Bacon Weave

Cooked at 300 degrees for about an hour or until golden and crispy.  I flipped it a couple times.
