Keto Taco |
Everyone else had 3, 4, 5 or 6 tacos, but I told everyone I just had ONE. Ha ha ha. I actually could only eat half, but it was delicious, satisfying and filling.
A nice beef roast ready for cooking. I put it on low with a small amount of water (NO seasonings) for about 5 hours until it shreds easily with a fork. |
I had flour tortillas and corn tortillas for the non-ketoers (is that a word?). |

Cooked at 300 degrees for about an hour or until golden and crispy. I flipped it a couple times. |
