Fire-Water and FOOD


Beautiful Steaks
 My brother started out sharpening the knives!  It was a little scary to see all those knives sharp enough to shave hair off his arm.  They say the best and safest knife is a sharp knife, but you must understand how to respect and use sharp knives.

Next he carved the top sirloin roast into beautiful steaks.  It was awesome to watch how effortlessly the steaks were cut.

He rubbed kosher salt all over the steaks, then rinsed them and added the best pepper ever!

My steak with sour cream, green onion, green beans with real butter and a great appetite.
