Keto Double Mocha Cake
This is a simple recipe for a Keto Double Mocha Cake. It uses coconut flour, coconut oil, and coconut milk. I like the fact that it has a frosting recipe. Coconut flour products tend to be a bit dry, so I think that the frosting would really help. Each serving, which is one twelfth of a double-layered cake, has 3 grams net carbohydrate. Keto Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Here's a simple recipe for Keto Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. There's nothing out of the ordinary about this recipe, but it's nice to have this as an occasional treat. You can add eggs to the mixture and cook it on low heat to make it more like a custard. You will have to cool if before putting it in the ice cream maker if you do this. If you do not have an ice cream maker, you can just put the mixture in the freezer and stir it frequently. Keep in mind that the texture will not turn out quite the same with this method. Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
Here's a recipe from "Buttoni's Low Carb Recipes" for strawberry cheesecake bites. They are quite easy to make and only have 1.7 grams of carbohydrate each. As the recipe mentions, the strawberry can be replaced with another fruit, and I think that chocolate might work as well.
