Keto Double Mocha Cake

This is a simple recipe for a Keto Double Mocha Cake. It uses coconut flour, coconut oil, and coconut milk. I like the fact that it has a frosting recipe. Coconut flour products tend to be a bit dry, so I think that the frosting would really help. Each serving, which is one twelfth of a double-layered cake, has 3 grams net carbohydrate. Click here to view the recipe.

Cheddar and Bacon BBQ Meatballs

This is a great keto recipe for cheddar and bacon BBQ meatballs. If you do not like the pork rinds, they will still turn out acceptable without them, though they will most likely crumble a bit easier and not have the same texture. Each serving of 5 meatballs with 2 tablespoons of sauce contains 3 net carbohydrate. Click here to view the recipe.

Keto Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Here's a simple recipe for Keto Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. There's nothing out of the ordinary about this recipe, but it's nice to have this as an occasional treat. You can add eggs to the mixture and cook it on low heat to make it more like a custard. You will have to cool if before putting it in the ice cream maker if you do this. If you do not have an ice cream maker, you can just put the mixture in the freezer and stir it frequently. Keep in mind that the texture will not turn out quite the same with this method. Keto Eggs Benedict

Here's a recipe for a keto version of Eggs Benedict. Instead of the usual biscuit or English muffin, you use bacon in the bottom of a muffin tin with the egg cracked on top. The hollandaise sauce is also quite good on vegetables, particularly asparagus. Each serving has 4 grams of carbohydrate. Click here to view the recipe.

Keto Chocolate Macadamia Cheesecake Cupcakes

Here's a recipe for Keto Chocolate Macadamia Cheesecake Cupcakes from "ketorn" on Reddit. Each cupcake has 2 grams net carbohydrate. I've heard that coconut is good with macadamia nuts, so I think that you could use coconut flour in place of the almond flour for an interesting alternative. Maybe a bit of unsweetened shredded coconut sprinkled on top would be good as well. Click here to view the recipe and be sure to click on the link at the top to see a photo.

Low-carb Chicken Noodle Soup

Here's a great low-carb recipe for chicken noodle soup. The noodles are substituted with spaghetti squash, which I hear can make a fairly decent replacement. I had never thought to put such spices in chicken noodle soup, but I think that they sound rather good. You can bake your own chicken and use the broth from it to make this recipe even better. Keto Peanut Butter Cups

These are great if you're on a keto diet and you find it difficult to get the amount of fat in your diet that is necessary. They have two grams net carbohydrate and ten grams of fat per serving. The poster says that they taste quite similar to Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, so they would be good to try if you want a substitute for them. Click here to go to the recipe.

Keto Jicama Eggplant Stuffing

Here's a Keto recipe for Jicama Eggplant stuffing. It sounds a bit odd, but a lot of people say it's rather convincing. Since it is modelled after simple bread and celery stuffing, you could probably use this as a base and add in meat, fruit, or anything else that you like in stuffing. Each serving has just under 5 grams of net carbohydrate. Click here to go to the recipe.

Keto Peanut Butter Caramel Shortbread Bars

These bars are very popular in the UK, commonly under the name "Millionaire’s Bars". I've made them before, non-Keto, and they turned out quite well. Some people on Reddit compared this particular recipe to a Snickers bar. It's great to see a Keto version of this delicious recipe. Each bar has under four grams of net carbohydrate. Click here to see the recipe on "All Day I Dream About Food".

Keto Chocolate Fudge

Here's a great recipe for chocolate keto fudge that only has 1 gram of carbohydrate for each serving. If you wanted to, you could also add a few tablespoons of heavy cream to lighten it up a bit. Click here to view the recipe on Jen's Keto Eats.

Keto Pumpkin Spiced Waffles

These keto pumpkin waffles from KetoDiet look quite convincing. They have only 4.5 grams of net carbohydrate per serving. You could also replace the pumpkin with some other flavouring, like chocolate or blueberries, or you could try them out plain. Coconut flour products are usually quite dry, it would be a good idea to use one of the recommended toppings or even just some whipped cream. This site also has some other decent keto recipes. Click here to see the pumpkin waffle recipe.

Low Carb Cardamom Orange Biscotti

Here is a recipe for Low Carb Cardamom Orange Biscotti by Carolyn on "All Day I Dream About Food". They only have about 3 grams of carbohydrate per serving. If you aren't using powdered erythritol, the glaze is not likely to come out quite the same, so keep that in mind when you make them. This blog also has many other great low carb recipes. Click here to view the recipe.

Keto Chocolate Éclair Recipe

Here's a recipe for low-carb chocolate éclairs. It is a good recipe; however, I think that if I were to make them, I would use heavy whipping cream rather than the almond milk in the chocolate to increase the fat content. You could also use a dark 70% or higher chocolate with a bit of butter as an easier topping. This can be melted quickly in the microwave, but you must be careful not to overheat it or it will burn. These éclairs contain fewer than 4 grams of effective carbohydrate per serving. Click here the view the recipe on Maria Mind Body Health.

Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

Here's a recipe from "Buttoni's Low Carb Recipes" for strawberry cheesecake bites. They are quite easy to make and only have 1.7 grams of carbohydrate each. As the recipe mentions, the strawberry can be replaced with another fruit, and I think that chocolate might work as well. This blog has many other ketogenic recipes, so be sure to look through previous posts if you are interested. Click here to view the recipe.

Homemade Almond Milk

Since milk is a food that people on ketogenic diets tend to avoid, almond milk is among the many substitutes that people on keto diets can use. Sometimes, however, it can be a bit expensive and contain a wide array of additives. This recipe by Dawnabis will show you how to make you own almond milk. Click here to view the recipe.

Keto Mozzarella Sticks

Sometimes it can be hard to find snacks when you're on a ketogenic diet. This becomes even harder if you are trying to make a snack or appetizer that will please those who are not on a keto diet as well. I think that these Keto Mozzarella Sticks from "The Busy Broad" would be suitable for a party or gathering, as Mozzarella Sticks are a common party food and these in particular look quite similar to the higher-carbohydrate versions that many people are familiar with.
