Keto Eggs Benedict

Here's a recipe for a keto version of Eggs Benedict. Instead of the usual biscuit or English muffin, you use bacon in the bottom of a muffin tin with the egg cracked on top. The hollandaise sauce is also quite good on vegetables, particularly asparagus. Each serving has 4 grams of carbohydrate. Click here to view the recipe.
